We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password), payment information processed securely via Stripe, and usage data (videos generated, features used) to improve the Service.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send product updates and transactional emails, and ensure platform safety. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are stored for 30 days and then deleted unless you download them. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
We use Stripe for payment processing, and analytics tools to improve the Service. These providers have their own privacy policies governing data use.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact us at privacy@facelesscreator.io to exercise these rights.
We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. We do not store payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
