You may use Faceless Creator to generate AI avatar videos for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Service to create content that is deceptive, harmful, defamatory, or violates any applicable law. All generated content must comply with the community guidelines of any platform where it is published.
Faceless Creator offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase per our money-back guarantee.
Videos you generate using Faceless Creator are owned by you. You grant Faceless Creator a non-exclusive license to display generated content for marketing purposes unless you opt out. Our platform, avatars, and underlying technology remain the property of Faceless Creator, Inc.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Faceless Creator does not guarantee specific results from content created using the platform. AI-generated content may not be perfect and should be reviewed before publishing.
Faceless Creator's liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
